Showbound is a Beta
Showbound is offered as a Beta. It is real and working, and it is also still changing. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product grows, and access may be limited, paused, or ended while the Beta runs.
The service is provided as-is
Showbound is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, and we do not guarantee perfection during a Beta.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials private and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.
- Make sure the information you enter is yours to enter.
- Use Showbound honestly and lawfully, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
What you may not do
Do not misuse Showbound. That includes breaking the law with it, interfering with its operation or security, or using it in the ways the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
Your data and our work
Your business data is yours. The Showbound software, name, mark, and site content are ours. Using the Beta does not transfer ownership of either.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows it, Showbound and the people who build it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using a Beta service. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
